■ Product Overview

Lightning arresters are critical electrical devices in power grids, protecting power equipment from overvoltage damage; their operational condition directly affects the safety of the power system. Typically, arrester monitors are used to track arrester operations and leakage current. However, due to inadequate sealing, moisture or humidity may enter the monitor during operation, leading to corrosion of internal components, or other factors may prevent the counter from functioning properly and cause inaccurate leakage‑current readings. Therefore, the relevant regulations stipulate that arrester monitors shall be inspected annually.

Performance Features

10. Automatic shutdown after inactivity: If no operation is performed within 5 minutes, the instrument will automatically shut down.

11. Low-Battery Protection: When the battery level is too low, the instrument enters a protection mode, rendering all test functions unavailable. If a test is in progress, the instrument will automatically stop and prompt the user to recharge. If the battery level continues to drop below a certain threshold, the instrument will shut down automatically.
