The configured test electrodes are as follows: insulation suit/insulation cape/insulation mat/insulation blanket certification test electrode; insulation mat as a substitute for the standard electrode; surface withstand voltage electrode for insulating partitions; interlayer withstand voltage electrode for insulating partitions, and others.

1. The bracket is suitable for the overall dielectric withstand test of 10–35 kV insulated ladders.

2. The bracket is equipped with two sets of electrodes and a dual‑section withstand‑voltage structure, enabling the withstand‑voltage test of one set of insulating rods to be performed at a time.

3. The electrode employs a composite groove‑shaped conductive foam, which can fully achieve an enveloping contact effect.

1. The insulating rope test stand is used for power-frequency withstand voltage testing of insulating rope specimens.

2. The test stand employs a hand-cranked rope-winding mechanism, ensuring convenient operation.

3. The test electrode plate of the insulating rope test stand is made of high‑strength, high‑voltage‑resistant composite insulating material, and a high‑voltage‑rated insulating rod is used as a support to ensure the stability of the stand.

4. Maximum test voltage: 105 kV/0.5 m; specimen length: 50 m.

5. Electrode spacing: adjustable at 400 mm, 500 mm, and 600 mm; total bracket height: 1.45 m.
