  • The partial discharge and temperature online monitoring system is designed for switchgear and its internal high-voltage equipment operating at voltage levels of 10 kV and above, enabling real-time monitoring of partial discharge activity and temperature. It displays, in real time, the amplitude, occurrence frequency, and temperature at each monitoring point, identifies the relative location of discharge sources, and issues alarms when necessary. This allows for the timely detection of insulation defects in switchgear and provides criteria for assessing insulation condition and aging status, thereby supporting informed maintenance planning.
  • The device’s minimum measurable discharge amplitude is 2 pC, with a time resolution of 10 μs and a phase resolution of 0.18°. The temperature measurement accuracy is ±0.5°C.
  • The partial discharge acquisition system employs a comprehensive suite of anti-interference measures, including analog filtering, pulse grouping, periodic pulse rejection, and dynamic threshold setting, ensuring that the test data are accurate and reliable.
  • Signal processing functionality: The discharge signals detected by the sensor are first subjected to noise reduction, then acquired and processed by the partial discharge data collector, before being transmitted to the host computer via the RS‑485 bus.
  • Remote measurement functionality: The system installs each monitoring unit in the switchgear metering room, enabling real-time monitoring of discharge data from all measurement points via monitoring software on the host computer.
  • Real-time data display and query functionality: The software interface can display real-time data from multiple measurement channels and allows users to view relevant historical data and other information.
  • Spectrum Display Function: The system software can display PRPS and PRPD discharge spectra, and the partial discharge spectrum can be customized—such as by superimposing phase information—facilitating data diagnosis for users.
  • Excellent anti-interference performance: The system incorporates both hardware and software filtering, significantly reducing the impact of background noise.
  • Alarm Function: The system provides real-time alarm notification and alarm query capabilities.
