After-Sales Service Policy
From the date of purchase and delivery, should any quality issues arise under normal use, we guarantee a free replacement within three months, free repair within three years, lifetime preferential repair services, and complimentary upgrades to the accompanying microcontroller software.
Free guidance
Responsible for providing free on-site installation and commissioning of equipment, as well as trial operation of complete sets of equipment. Conduct technical training for the customer’s technical personnel and operators, covering system overview, basic operating principles of the system, equipment operation and use, equipment inspection and maintenance, and fault analysis and troubleshooting.
Equipment Testing
After the equipment is put into trial operation or normal operation, the technical personnel of both parties shall conduct tests on the equipment’s technical specifications.
After-sales follow-up
The system operates normally, and at the end of each quarter for one year, users will be contacted by phone to inquire about the system’s operational status and to address any questions they may have.
