The machine features an integrated, highly compact design for control, display, and printing, facilitating equipment operation and maintenance while minimizing the number of accessories.

Clamping section : The pressure relief valve under test is easy and reliably clamped, Ф 130 For the main inspection caliber, in conjunction with medium Ф. 25 , F 50 , F 80 Flange, enabling simple clamping and testing of various types of pressure relief valves.

Tank structure : An independent test vessel is employed, equipped with an overpressure safety valve.

Display mode : Real-time monitoring displays pressure variations within the test vessel, enabling precise plotting of characteristic curves for the tested component’s relief valve, including its opening pressure, closing pressure, sealing pressure, and pressure increment.

Human-computer interaction : The full-color LCD touch display allows users to set test parameters as needed and provides real-time visualization of relevant parameters and system status during operation.

Data Management : The control system is based on WIN The platform facilitates the storage and retrieval of test data and is compatible with third-party software. Additionally, it enables the editing and printing of test data via an integrated micro‑printer on the test bench.
