On-site verification of current transformers requires no standard current transformer, current booster, burden box, voltage regulator control box, or high‑current conductors. With extremely simple test wiring and operation, the verification process is streamlined, significantly reducing labor intensity and enhancing efficiency, thereby facilitating convenient on-site testing of current transformers. Fast, simple, precise, and convenient.

★   It not only meets the testing requirements for the excitation characteristics (i.e., volt‑ampere characteristics), turns ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary burden, ratio error, and phase angle error of various CTs—including protection, metering, and TP types—but can also be used to test the excitation characteristics, turns ratio, polarity, and secondary winding resistance of various PT electromagnetic units.

★   Automatically provides CT parameters such as the inflection-point voltage/current, 10% (5%) error curves, accuracy limit factor (ALF), instrument security factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), remanence coefficient (Kr), and both saturated and unsaturated inductances.

★   The tester complies with various instrument transformer standards, including GB 1208 (IEC 60044‑1), GB 16847 (IEC 60044‑6), and GB 1207, and automatically selects the appropriate standard for testing based on the type and class of the instrument transformer.

★   Based on advanced low-frequency testing principles, it can handle CT tests with a knee point voltage exceeding 40 kV.

★   The testing is simple and convenient, allowing you to complete CT DC resistance, excitation, turns-ratio, and polarity tests with a single button. Moreover, except for the load test, all other CT tests use the same wiring configuration.

★   10-inch color large-screen, fully Chinese‑localized graphical interface; user‑friendly and aesthetically pleasing; all‑Chinese graphical display; built-in panel printer for on‑demand printing of trend charts and test data.

★   Equipped with a large-capacity memory, it can store 2,000 sets of test data, with data retention that is non-volatile and never lost upon power failure.

★   After the test is completed, the data is saved to a USB flash drive, allowing for data analysis on a computer using dedicated software and the generation of a Word‑format report.

★   Automatic inflection-point calculation, test-data filtering and printing, and built-in date/time functionality.
