■ Product Overview
NDMCJ-12 The fully automatic impact withstand voltage tester is designed according to GB/T22387、GB/T17627、GB/T16927、GB14048、GB7251、GB/T16935、IEC61730、GB4706、GB3048、 JB/T 7083 In accordance with relevant standards, this impulse voltage test instrument is used for safety performance testing of products such as charging piles, solar energy equipment, low-voltage switchgear, low-voltage electrical appliances, electric meters, motors, wires and cables, and residual current devices. It is an essential tool for manufacturers of low-voltage switchgear and low-voltage electrical appliances. 3C Certified testing equipment. The device features a high-speed microcontroller-based design, offering manual, automatic, and programmable operation modes, an LCD display, and touch‑button controls, with the advantages of ease of use, stable and reliable performance, and a high degree of automation.
In manual mode, the instrument’s impulse voltage must be adjusted using the manual knob. Before conducting an impulse‑voltage test, set the pre‑impulse voltage manually while the device is disconnected from the test circuit, then connect it to the system for testing. In automatic mode, the instrument can be directly connected to the test system; after entering the menu to set the pre‑impulse voltage, the instrument will generate impulse voltage pulses according to the configured settings. In program‑controlled mode, a computer or industrial network can directly command the instrument to apply impulse voltages, specify the interval between impulses, and set the number of impulses for the test. The instrument can also transmit, via the network, the measured impulse‑voltage values for each test cycle back to the computer or industrial network in discrete batches. During testing, the instrument determines whether breakdown has occurred by monitoring the impulse current waveform and the voltage decay profile. Both automatic and program‑controlled modes incorporate an automatic constant‑voltage system, which can… 1V Set the peak output voltage of the step pulse; the output pulse voltage is unaffected by the inter‑pulse interval.
By using the accompanying computer control software, multiple test configurations can be implemented, enabling measurements from low to high voltages and from positive to negative polarity. ( Positive and negative amounts ) Multi‑combination testing. The test results are displayed in both numerical and graphical formats, providing a clear and intuitive visualization.
The instrument provides an external sampling interface, which can be used for tracking and monitoring shock waveforms. The voltage division ratio of the sampling interface is 1/102 (Factory‑tested value). Equipped with a display‑accuracy correction function, allowing the display correction factor to be set at any time to ensure that the instrument’s readings match the standard.
