■ Product Features

Oil breakthrough / The emulsion‑resistance tester consists of two main components: a water bath and an electrical control cabinet. The thermostatic water bath is constructed from hard glass. Mounted on the bath are a sample‑stirring motor, a synchronous belt drive mechanism, a sample‑stirring shaft, a water‑bath agitator, heating elements, a graduated‑cylinder turntable with locating pins, graduated cylinders, a thermometer, and a temperature sensor. The electrical control cabinet houses a temperature controller, a timer, and other auxiliary devices.

The instrument employs a magnetic‑tape‑type synchronous motor to drive the sample‑stirring shaft, enabling precise control of the stirring speed. The stirring shaft is equipped with a coaxial spring‑clamp mechanism, ensuring that the stirrer blade is accurately positioned at the center of the graduated cylinder and can be easily raised or lowered. The cylinder turntable accommodates three cylinders for measurement. An auxiliary heater is installed within the thermostatic water bath to provide rapid heating, while a digital temperature controller maintains temperature accuracy, and the bath exhibits uniform temperature distribution.
