When used in conjunction with an external power supply and equipment for voltage regulation, step-up, and current boosting, it can measure various transformer characteristic parameters, including no-load current, no-load losses, impedance voltage, and load losses.
All test results have been automatically subjected to the relevant corrections. You simply need to input the pertinent parameters—such as temperature and no-load correction coefficients—and the instrument will automatically perform a variety of corrections, including waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, non‑rated voltage correction, and non‑rated current correction, thereby enhancing the accuracy of the test results.
In transformer characteristic measurements, the maximum voltage range can reach 850V , the maximum current range reaches 100A Moreover, it is equipped with a built-in protection circuit. During measurement, you can maintain high accuracy without switching ranges, and you need not worry about damaging the instrument due to an incorrect range selection.
During transformer characteristic testing, both voltage and current ranges can be expanded with great flexibility and ease—simply by connecting external voltage transformers and current transformers—thereby significantly broadening the instrument’s measurement range.
Based on the no-load and load losses reported in the test results, the performance levels of three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformers and power transformers can be automatically estimated, providing on-site reference for field personnel.
Direct resistance testing provides 6 Output current selection; maximum output is 10A Electric current.
Parameter settings have been further refined, allowing users to configure the transformer’s test winding, tap position, test phase, specimen temperature, and conversion temperature value, among other parameters.
