■ Product Overview
The on-load tap changer tester is a comprehensive measuring instrument used to assess and analyze the electrical performance parameters of on‑load tap changers in power transformers and specialized transformers within power systems. It employs computer control and, through a specially designed measurement circuit, can measure such parameters as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, and three‑phase synchronism. Depending on requirements and site conditions, users may perform measurements directly from the tap changer leads or by connecting directly to the transformer’s three‑phase bushings and neutral point.

Light‑intensity oscilloscope function; the instrument features three channels for simultaneous recording. A 、 B 、 C Three-phase, the instrument can automatically capture and display the transient process, including changes in transition resistance and time. It is unaffected by weather conditions and offers significantly superior performance compared to optical oscilloscopes.
It boasts robust comprehensive capabilities, enabling the measurement of various parameters of on‑load tap changers within a single instrument. These include switch selection, the presence or absence of break points throughout the switching process, transition waveforms, transition times, transition resistances, and three‑phase synchronism. Paired with dedicated function keys, it allows for analysis of time intervals and resistance values in the waveform.
Print output. The instrument is equipped with a high-speed, front‑paper‑change, panel‑mounted printer.
It features excellent anti-interference performance. The all‑aluminum alloy enclosure, together with built-in power‑line noise filters and anti‑interference circuitry, ensures reliable measurements even in environments with poor power quality and strong electromagnetic interference.
