■ Product Overview

This power‑testing vehicle is designed for specialized applications in substations, power plants, and other utility facilities—such as centralized testing and emergency outage repairs—and features “integrated, intelligent, networked, and digital” capabilities. It can perform most on‑site electrical test procedures and can be equipped with optional instruments tailored to user requirements. The vehicle has successfully secured multiple patents and has been widely adopted in the power industry.

 

■ Product Features

Our company’s patented design integrates eight of the most commonly used devices into a centralized control cabinet, enabling testing without having to move the equipment outside the vehicle. The equipment is centrally controlled via a computer, which can also manage devices not installed in the cabinet through its built-in network system.

All instruments, in addition to being usable on the test vehicle, can also be operated as standalone units.

 

The in-vehicle intelligent GPS navigation system can record driving routes; it supports remote vehicle positioning and command via internet access; and it seamlessly integrates with Google Earth and Google Maps to enable global tracking and location services. Featuring a dedicated GPS module and an embedded design, it delivers GPS positioning and remote monitoring capabilities without requiring the vehicle’s onboard computer to be powered on.

 

In-vehicle video system: 80-meter long-range infrared auto-focus camera, 360-degree rotating high-performance PTZ, paired with a high-quality video server, enabling on‑board monitoring of live test conditions.

 

In conjunction with GPS, 3G, wireless communication, the Internet, and video surveillance, it enables mobile office work from the office. Thanks to the GPS positioning system, the location of the power‑testing vehicle is displayed in real time on the navigation system, no matter where it is. The video‑surveillance system allows operators in the office to monitor on‑site testing conditions, provide guidance, and verify test results. This also facilitates centralized task planning and assignment from the office.

 

The in-vehicle 3G communication system enables internet access via the 3G network; facilitates information exchange between the onboard computer and remote computers; and supports remote monitoring without needing to power on the onboard computer—covering functions such as camera control, pan‑tilt‑zoom operation, and video surveillance. It also allows remote device monitoring and control without activating the onboard computer, and enables expert consultations through network connectivity. Additionally, it leverages the 3G network to provide comprehensive, 360-degree network communication.

 

The in-vehicle LAN and wireless network enable communication between instruments and between instruments and computers, making instrument operation convenient and efficient. It also supports debugging and online upgrades.

 

The vehicle-mounted instrument wireless communication system enables the onboard instruments, when detached from the test vehicle, to communicate with the vehicle via a wireless network. The remote monitoring system can also access these instruments through the same wireless communication system.
