DC resistance is a mandatory test parameter in cable manufacturing, covering semi‑finished and finished product factory acceptance tests, installation inspections, handover tests, and preventive testing by power utilities. The DC resistance tester for reel‑wound cables employs cutting‑edge power‑supply technology and features a compact footprint, lightweight design, high output current, excellent repeatability, strong anti‑interference performance, and comprehensive protection functions.

The entire system is controlled by a high-speed microcontroller, featuring a high degree of automation and equipped with automatic discharge and discharge‑alarm functions.
