■Product Overview

The water‑cooled generator insulation resistance tester is specifically designed for insulation measurements on water‑cooled generators, and it can also be used in laboratories or field settings to perform insulation tests on other materials.

The instrument’s output current is greater than 20mA , maximum output voltage 5000V It features a high-precision microcurrent measurement system and a digital step-up voltage system. Measurement can be performed by connecting only one high-voltage lead and one signal lead to the device under test.

Measurements are performed automatically, with results displayed on a large LCD screen and stored for later retrieval.

Product Features:

● Automatically compensates and adjusts the water‑induced polarization potential. The resistance between the base and the water‑collecting pipe is as low as 3k Ω（ 2500V ) /6k Ω（ 5000V ), which can also ensure measurement accuracy.

● High output power; the load resistance between the circuit and the manifold can be as low as 100k Omega (2500V For 75k Omega ), Insulation resistance measurement can be as low as 1M Omega.
