■Product Overview

Primarily aimed at 500kV The following is the design and fabrication of AC withstand voltage test equipment for primary electrical apparatus at substations. It can, in accordance with relevant standards, meet the requirements for transformers, GIS System, SF6 Switch, CT/PT , AC withstand voltage tests for capacitive equipment such as insulators, busbars, cables, and bushings. According to 220kV and the test procedures for dielectric withstand voltage of primary electrical equipment at substations of this voltage level or lower, as well as the corresponding handover… / DC withstand voltage test equipment must meet both high-voltage, low-current and low-voltage, high-current test requirements, necessitating a broad operating range. It employs the principle of series resonance, with the variable-frequency power supply control unit serving as its core. ( Control console ) The main equipment consists of an excitation transformer, a reactor, and a capacitive voltage divider. By connecting a rectifier silicon stack and a microammeter to the capacitive voltage divider, a DC withstand voltage test can be performed. Thanks to its excellent filtering characteristics following system resonance, the DC voltage it generates surpasses that obtained from conventional test transformers using rectification. It is an ideal withstand‑voltage testing device for high‑voltage testing departments at the provincial, municipal, and county levels, as well as for power installation, maintenance, and testing contractors.
