Features:
● Large-area three-dimensional flashing technology can efficiently and quickly separate moisture and gas from oil;
● Multi-stage precision filtration step-by-step encryption, which can effectively remove mechanical impurities in oil;
● The heating system adopts optimized piping design to ensure uniform heating and stable oil temperature;
● Automatic constant temperature control, automatic liquid level control, automatic defoaming, automatic pressure protection to ensure high-performance operation of equipment;
● Online oil filter, which can be run unattended, and the running status is displayed by indicator light;
● The whole machine is equipped with interlocking safety protection, and the oil inlet and heating system are interlocked to avoid misoperation.

The index of oil to be purified: water content ≤50mg/kg, gas content ≤12%, breakdown voltage ≥15kv, after several times of purification treatment by the machine, the following indicators can be achieved:
