　　Features:

　　● The instrument can be tested by internal high voltage, external high voltage, internal standard, external standard, positive connection method, reverse connection method, self-excitation method, etc.; high voltage （greater than 10kV） dielectric loss can be made under external standard high voltage conditions. ;

　　● The instrument can test the dielectric loss and capacitance of the fully sealed CVT （capacitive voltage transformer） C1 and C2 without removing the CVT high voltage lead, and realize the simultaneous testing of C1 and C2. It is also possible to test the CVT ratio and the voltage angle difference;

　　● The instrument can measure the dielectric loss value and capacitance value of C0 at the upper end of CVT by reverse connection shielding method;

　　● The inverter and sampling circuit inside the instrument are all digitally controlled, and the output voltage is continuously adjustable;

　　● The instrument has multiple protection measures such as input voltage fluctuation, output short circuit, over voltage, over current and temperature to ensure the safety and reliability of the instrument. The instrument also features grounding detection to ensure that ungrounded devices do not allow boosting.
