■ Product Overview

This series of transformers, manufactured using state-of-the-art production equipment, employs epoxy vacuum casting for the windings and CD The new manufacturing process for the core significantly reduces weight and footprint compared with oil‑immersed transformers of similar class, while enhancing insulation strength and moisture resistance. It also effectively mitigates magnetic leakage, thereby substantially improving the transformer’s ability to withstand the mechanical stresses imposed by short‑circuit currents during testing.

This product series features lightweight construction, compact dimensions, an attractive design, stable performance, and convenient portability, making it particularly well suited for field operations. It is a new-generation AC/DC dual‑purpose high‑voltage test transformer designed to replace older models in the domestic market. These units are ideal for on-site testing of insulation performance in various electrical equipment within power systems and by end‑users, as well as for providing high‑voltage DC power at low current levels in diverse voltage systems or installations.
