I. Functionality Features ：

This machine is suitable for High-voltage fuse, Rubber and plastics, paper products, printed packaging, adhesive tapes, luggage and handbags, textiles, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, food, electrical wires, and electronics—this equipment is suitable for testing the physical properties of a wide range of materials, including finished and semi-finished products. By selecting from a variety of fixtures, it can perform tests such as tensile strength, compressive strength, peel‑hold, pressure‑hold, flexural strength, tear resistance, adhesion, shear strength, and more.

This machine is a microcomputer‑controlled tensile (and compressive) testing instrument newly designed and developed by Dazhong Company. Our company has thoroughly addressed the shortcomings of conventional material testing machines—namely, their bulky construction, complex operation, and limited functionality—by adopting an advanced aluminum extrusion frame with high‑precision, low‑friction, backlash‑free lead screws and guide columns. The measurement and control system features rapid data acquisition and processing, with test results displayed on an LCD screen or printed via a built-in printer. The product delivers stable and reliable performance, exceptional measurement accuracy, and straightforward, user‑friendly operation.
