Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of the company’s product appearance, structure, and packaging, as well as material selection and structural cost estimation.
2. Responsible for the fabrication of product structural component prototypes, mold development, BOM preparation, and the archiving and distribution of drawings and technical documentation.
3. Assist engineering and quality teams in resolving product issues and provide technical support.
4. Responsible for the assembly, debugging, and installation of prototypes, as well as the preparation of process documentation.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate’s degree or higher; at least 3 years of experience in structural design, with a proven track record of successfully developing new products.
2. Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, capable of independently performing 3D modeling and full‑machine 3D design as required; skilled at drafting design sketches, technical drawings, and renderings; able to produce standard manufacturing drawings, conduct detailed engineering design for process documentation, and annotate processes, materials, structures, dimensions, installation methods, and component layouts; also able to assess the feasibility of product manufacturing.
3. Proficient in operating machine tools for basic structural component fabrication; candidates capable of independently machining and fabricating parts will be given priority.
4. Possesses strong teamwork and communication skills, a robust logical thinking ability, and a keen aptitude for learning.
