[Nanxing Power News] Recently, Nanxing Power has completed the design, manufacturing, and commissioning of a 220 kV substation series‑resonance test system custom‑built for a customer in Inner Mongolia, and it is now ready for delivery and acceptance.

The complete system comprises a variable-frequency power supply, an excitation transformer, a high-voltage reactor (consisting of eight sections), a capacitive voltage divider, a corrugated flexible hose, a grading ring, insulating supports, connecting cables, and a high‑impedance discharge rod. It features a well‑thought‑out design, is easy to transport, and enables efficient installation.

The complete test system is suitable for handover and preventive testing of electrical equipment in 220 kV substations, including power transformers, GIS, pole-mounted switches, current transformers (CTs), potential transformers (PTs), insulators, busbars, and bushings. It is also applicable to AC withstand voltage tests on cables rated at 220 kV and below.
